Police Commissioner Stan Jalard (Jean-Paul Belmondo) is done with
law enforcement -- or so he thinks. Along with his best friend and
fellow police officer, Jalard is set to turn in his badge and run a
hotel in the sunny Caribbean. But Jalard's retirement plans are put on
hold when his business partner is killed by
