Warhawk Tanzania plays an urban afro American, who hate the gang warfare all around him. In desperation, Tanzania summons a demon from the subway system to purge his neighborhood of punks. Unfortunately, the demons are uncontrollable, resulting in the deaths of several innocent people.

The working title of "Gang Wars" was "The Phantom of the Subway" but it was first released as "The Devil's Express". The film mixes blaxploitation genre, American martial arts and horror flick and does this with huge enthusiasm. The acting is mostly wooden and Warhawk Tanzania is not as awesome as his name. The fights are well-shot and there is a decent amount of blood and gore. The film's running time is padded out by random inserts of not exactly important scenes for example the fight between two sleazeballs and karate waitress. The gang war and subway murders committed by amulet seeking demon are fun to watch. A trash classic.

  1. How about Warhawk Tanzania's other film:

    Black Force (1975)

Hi Nailz. This is the movie that always comes up when I search the chinese film
devils express (1981?). The movie I requested is similar to the Devil Sorcery film you posted in that there is vomiting of insects, worms and small snakes.

The plot revolves around a shady man who marries a hotel heiress to take over after her father dies.

There is voodoo/exorcism, insect vomiting and a female ghost with a bulging eye.

Not sure if this will help in your search but its all I can remember abiut the film.

Also thanks for posting The Loved Ones so quickly. Cheers and thanks for all your work through the years, you rule!
