An advertising executive meets a young and beautiful fashion model at a trendy dance club. He imagines her to be attracted to women, fantasizing about them in an amorous romantic embrace. Helit Katmor plays the fiery model while Yosi Spector is the frustrated executive who can't seem to get anything right. The two go off together and he contemplates killing her because he knows she will eventually leave him.

A Woman's Case is a 1969 black and white Israeli independent underground experimental dramatic art film, the first Israeli film to be screened at the Venice Film Festival, directed by Jacques Katmor, and, usually, categorized as belonging to the bohemian/counterculture and anarchistic New Sensitivity (he) movement.

Have to check this one out. From the same period of Israeli filmmaking, and sounds like it could be an apt companion piece to "Iris" (1968 Dir.: David Greenberg)
